These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and Shrigoda Healthcare & Services Pvt Ltd ("Shrigoda Healthcare", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our wellness membership services.
By purchasing a membership or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Eligibility
- Our services are available to Indian residents aged 18 years and above
- Membership enrolment requires completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with applicable laws
- Family plan coverage extends to immediate family members as defined per each plan, subject to KYC compliance for covered members
- Shrigoda Healthcare reserves the right to decline or cancel membership in cases of fraudulent or incomplete information
2. Plan Benefits and Limitations
Each membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) provides access to specific services as detailed on our Membership Plans page. Please note:
- Services marked as "Live Now" are currently available to members upon enrolment
- Services marked as "Coming Soon" are in development. Access to these services will be made available as they launch, at no additional cost during your membership year
- Teleconsultation is provided by third-party licensed medical practitioners. Shrigoda Healthcare is an aggregator and does not itself provide medical services
- Fitness network access is subject to availability at partner facilities in your city. Network coverage may vary by location
- Memberships are personal and for the named member(s) only, except as provided under family plans
3. Annual Membership & Renewal
- All memberships are annual (12-month) subscriptions from the date of enrolment
- Memberships do not auto-renew without your explicit consent
- You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expiry date via email and/or SMS
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue your membership at the time of renewal
- Upgrades or downgrades are not available mid-year and take effect only at renewal
4. Acceptable Use
- Your membership is for personal, non-commercial use only
- Membership benefits are non-transferable except to family members covered under your plan
- You must not share your member credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your membership benefits
- Abuse of the teleconsultation service, including repeated consultations for non-genuine purposes, may result in suspension of your membership
- You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
5. Partner & Distributor Code of Conduct
Distribution partners operating under Shrigoda Healthcare's partner programme are required to:
- Represent our services accurately and in accordance with approved marketing materials
- Not make claims about membership benefits that have not been authorised by Shrigoda Healthcare
- Comply with applicable IRDAI, SEBI, or other regulatory requirements relevant to their own licence category
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and not share it with unauthorised third parties
Violation of the partner code of conduct may result in termination of the partner agreement and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Step 1 — Internal Grievance: All disputes should first be raised with our support team at support@shrigodahealthcare.com. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 7 business days.
- Step 2 — Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved after the internal grievance process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Shrigoda Healthcare is a wellness membership aggregator. We are not a medical provider, hospital, diagnostic centre, or pharmacy.
- We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of medical consultations, diagnostic services, or fitness services provided by third-party partners
- Our total liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the annual membership fee paid by you in the relevant membership year
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
9. Medical Disclaimer
Teleconsultation services provided through Shrigoda Healthcare are intended for non-emergency general medical consultations. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 112 immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.
10. Modifications to Terms
Shrigoda Healthcare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your membership at the next renewal date.
